Istanbul: An emerging Global City

The Center for Urban Studies of the University of Amsterdam in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute in Istanbul is organizing a city trip to Istanbul from March 22-29, 2015. The trip is to explore social, cultural and economic developments in Europe’s only mega city. A number of international experts from local universities and other institutions in Istanbul will share their knowledge with participants in this field trip.
